Abstract

Gulkhani Panah, who has a unique creative style, calligraphy, and poetic world, belongs to
the literary generation of the 80s of the 20th century. His creativity is rich in terms of genre, theme,
and ideas. The poetry of Gulkhani Panah, doctor of philological sciences, stands out. The main theme
of the poet's poems are: Motherland – its nature, Motherland – its Karabakh troubles, the world of
love and philosophical thoughts. About twenty poetic collections of Gulkhani Panah have been
published so far. Her dozens of poems about the nature of the Motherland are “Kalbajar”, “Khazar”,
“Rocks of Gobustan”, “Snow Flower”, “Violet”, “Waterfall”, etc. Her poems, dozens of poems such
as “The World Speaks of Khojaly”, “Don't Kill Me”, and “Political Market” are of this type.
The mountains, plains, rivers, every rose and flower of the Motherland are described and praised in
Gulkhani's poems. There is also talk about the occupied Karabakh of the Motherland. Both the First
Karabakh War and the Second Karabakh War are mentioned. There are enough poems of this type
in the poetry books written by the poet on this occasion, such as “The Sorrow of Karabakh”, “I have
a religion called Motherland”, “We are a whole soul, we are Azerbaijanis”. In these poems, the
heroes who participated in the Patriotic War and died are described and glorified.
