Abstract

Since ancient times, the dream model in literature has been considered one of the most effective forms of embodiment of the collective unconscious. In dreams, the human subconscious is maximally open to the World, the Divine and / or Devilish beginnings are manifested in it.

Dreaming of Sufi legends is one of the most popular forms of dialogue by the higher powers. Messengers, saints and storytellers have always seen prophetic dreams.

This tradition can be traced in the lives of the heroes of the ashug legends. In these legends, all the actions of the hero are predetermined by the dream. In the epic tradition the prophetic dreams originated from the imaginations of the second reality. The prophetic dream, which played an important role in the consciousness of the epic character, is one of the plot-forming motives. As one of the common motives in ashug legends, a prophetic dream contains several plot-forming goals.
