Heydar Aliyev and the formation of ideals of multiculturalism in Azerbaijan

Abstract

Nowadays, many countries, differing ethnocultural diversity, are open for the world. Representatives of all people can freely arrive and leave, sometimes even to move forever. The principles of multiculturalism promote formation of crosscultural dialogue of the people. Ideas of multiculturalism in Azerbaijan appeared as a result of a wise state policy of the national leader H.Aliyev.
