Abstract

I was meeting Kubra Aliyeva in various arrangements both in the soviet period and after the establishment of sovereignty in the republic. Arrangements were often carried out in kindergartens, colleges, secondary schools, lycees where gifted children demonstrated their pictures, dances, recited poems. In the article there are noted Kubra Aliyeva’s best merits as a person and a scientist.
