Shamil Fatullayev – the founder of the history investigation of the formation of architecture of transport frame-work of Baku city in the XIX – early XX cc.

Abstract

In the article there is stressed the role of academician Shamil Fatullayev as a founder in the sphere of history investigation of the formation and development of transport frame-work of Baku city in the XIX – early XX cc. Extracts from his investigations and works where exact analysis of formation of highways and streets of historical centre of the city was given, as well as its transport connections with oil ields of Absheron were assumed as a basis of the article.
