Architecture and town-planning of Iran as an integral part of professor Sh. Fatullayev-Figarov’s researches

Abstract

In the article there is considered creative biography of professor Sh. Fatullayev- Figarov. A special attention is paid to numerous articles and monographs dedicated to the architecture and town-planning of Iran published in Baku and Tehran. There is given a detailed analysis of the book-album «Supporting plans of Iranian towns of Gajars’ epoch» (2000), as well as the monograph «Townplanning and architectural development of Iran of Gajars’ epoch» (2014).
