Basgal state historical and cultural reserve in the years of sovereignty

Abstract

The article considers the period of formation of Baskal,the State Historical and Cultural Reserve, which covers two historical and chronological periods of Soviet Azerbaijan and in the years of independenceof Azerbaijan. The processes of formation of the reserve as a historical and cultural center have been studied. An attempt is made to provide a theoretical and statistical classiication of the work carried out in the reserve. The same results are given on practical and scientiictheoretical work in recent years.
