Islamic solidarity in creativity of Azerbaijan architects

Abstract

Azerbaijan, as early as the middle ages, created the richest and the brightest architectural heritage of Islamic world. Creation of many spectacular monuments in this era in Azerbaijan’s developed cities such as Nakhchivan, Tabriz and Maragheh shows that the architecture was welldeveloped in whole country. Who expertly displays the tradition and modernity within the frame of Islamic art in works he created and who takes a special place among contemporary architects of Azerbaijan with his multidisciplinary knowledge and activities in pedagogics, Ramiz Hamid oglu Abdulrahimov was born on June 29, 1940 in Baku.
