“Tabriz architectural school of XIII-XVII centuries” in Jafar Giyasi’s creative work

Abstract

Corresponding member of ANAS, doctor of Architecture, professor J. Giyasi belongs to a galaxy of scientists-architects who laid the foundation of the architectural science of Azerbaijan. «Tabriz architectural school of the XIII – XVII centuries», a well - balanced scientiic conception, historical and theoretical work, made possible as a result of a deep study of a variety of documentary materials, a deep analysis of the numerous sources, and the study of dozens of architectural objects. The formulation of the problem involved a whole range of tasks, аnd the development of the Tabriz architectural school, its place and role in the overall picture of the development of the architecture of Azerbaijan and the East.
