Cultural ties between Azerbaijan and China at present

Abstract

The paper deals with the cultural ties between Azerbaijan and China People’s Republic. China People’s Republic, one of the biggest countries of the Central and Eastern Asia has maintained its power of inluence on the political, economic, cultural landscape of the world at all stages of history had close relationships with the different countries even at the earliest times of the
communication means. At the same time like one of the oldest civilizational centres in the world historical shades of Azerbaijan’s relations with China bring about great interest. Long term friendship ties between our nations last in two thousand years ago, to the beginning of the ancient Silk Way. While paying attention to historic landscape of the cultural ties between Azerbaijan and China we are witnessing the implementation of these ties in a special sequence in the soviet period. At present is experiencing an effective period of Azerbaijan and China cultural cooperation. In the paper is also talked about “Pekin Ekspo 2019” will be held through Heydar Aliyev Foundation and also Azerbaijan-China World Exhibition, which will be implemented in 2025 in Baku.
