Lao-tzu and Dede Korkut: like the symbol of wisdom

Abstract

In the paper is informed about Lao-tzu and Dede Korkut, the wise characters of China and Azerbaijan. Philosophical and culturological interpretation of Dao instruction opens. It is known that, the basis of training is rigidity, calmness and soft power. Notably, it is possible to build cultural life in the community with seriousness and gentleness speciic to the nature of the East. As well as, is made reference to historical character Dede Korkut’s culturological ideas and it is emphasized that the same qualities are also characteristic to Dede Korkut. Thereby, two wise men’s identical ideas, connecting the East spirit tells us neighboring of the national spiritual values of China and Azerbaijan. In a modern globalizing world such values are recommended to protect and
deliver to future generations.
