Abstract

28 years of Post-Soviet history of our country, 20 years of formation and de velopment of the new capital – Astana – in general, have considerably changed architecture and town planning of Kazakhstan. However the image of our cities and villages still develops by inertia, insufficiently in a complex. What should be undertaken that settlements not only met the modern requirements of com fort, but also culturally-historically have been identified, reflected a context of the place and provided continuity of traditions? The answer one – to introduce regional methods of design and construction in architectural practice, leaning on modern techniques of formation of the environment.
