The constitution and sovereignty of the Republic of Azerbaijan are inviolable

As a result of the observance of the rule of law and the principles of state sovereignty of the Republic of Azerbaijan throughout the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Azerbaijan has managed to preserve its independence and statehood unshakably, despite the difficulties, occupations, and deprivations it has faced at various stages of history. Thus, today the Azerbaijani people have their own independent state, territorial integrity and sovereignty achieved at the expense of the blood of our heroic soldiers and officers, our martyrs. As a result of the liberation of the historical lands of Azerbaijan from occupation and the full provision of sovereignty, the independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the Azerbaijani state were restored and it was proven to the whole world that the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan is unified, inviolable, and indivisible.
