Suleyman Sani Akhundov: the glorification of spiritual and moral values inchildren's literature

This article examines the creative legacy of the realist playwright and novelist, the outstanding children's writer Suleiman Sani Akhundov in the field of children's literature from a scientific and theoretical perspective. The study interpreted the influence of the writer's educational and pedagogical views on National children's prose, humanistic and moral principles reflecting the ideological and artistic originality of his cycle “Scary Tales". In Akhundov's works, ideas such as education, science, justice, and humanism are often contrasted with social inequality and ignorance. In this regard, his work occupied an important place not only in the formation of children's literature, but also in the formation of a national educational afkar. The article also analyzes in detail the influence of the writer's educational ideas on modern children's literature and the current relevance of his educational and spiritual heritage.
