A multidisciplinary look at the legacy of Ismail Bey Gutkashinli

Abstract

A multidisciplinary approach to the study of Ismail Bey Gutkashinli's work creates the possibility of a broader and deeper analysis of his works. Gutkashinli's works are devoted not only to literature, history, but also to linguistics, philosophy, social and political issues. His contribution to various fields of science, including literature, history and culture of that time, cannot be underestimated. His works are distinguished by the richness of language, philosophical thought and aesthetic value. A multidisciplinary look at the works of Ismail Bey Gutkashinli is necessary from the point of view of studying the historical experience of the Azerbaijani people, their religious beliefs, mythical and aesthetic views, as well as national and spiritual values.
