A multidisciplinary approach to the legacy of Seyid Azim Shirvani

Abstract

The article is devoted to multidisciplinary study of the creativity of Seyid Azim Shirvani, a prominent representative of the Azerbaijani enlightenment. Seyid Azim Shirvani is one of the poets who left a deep mark in the fields of literature, philosophy, education, aesthetics and culture. The multidisciplinary approach to the poet's legacy is as relevant as the importance of not only the artistic value of his work, but also in philosophical, pedagogical and cultural history. Shirvani sang national identity, moral and moral values in his works, created the unity of the concept of beauty with human spirituality, constantly emphasized the important role of education in the formation of society and personality. He considered the concepts of beauty and harmony an integral component of aesthetic and spiritual education.
A multidisciplinary approach to the legacy of Seyid Azim Shirvani directs the poet to explore his legacy from different angles, to understand its influence on his ERA and modernity. It also makes it possible to more deeply and comprehensively analyze his work, to re-evaluate his contribution to the social, cultural and spiritual development of society in the context relevant to modern times.
