    Abstract

In modern linguistics, dialogic texts are studied as one of the main forms of speech that ensure mutual communication and exchange of ideas between individuals. A dialogic text is formed through the interaction of two or more speakers and fulfills the communicative needs of society. Various sentence types declarative, interrogative, imperative, and exclamatory sentences are used in its structure.
Among them, the declarative sentence plays a crucial role. It provides information about an event, idea, or process, forming the starting point of the dialogue and stimulating the interlocutor’s response. These sentences not only convey information but also determine the topic of the dialogue and ensure its development.

Research shows that declarative sentences in dialogic texts perform multiple functions: information delivery, guiding communication, topic formation, and emotion- al impact. The active participation of declarative sentences in the structure of dialogue ensures logical coherence and semantic completeness in communication.
