Abstract

Leadership requires the ability to motivate and inspire people around you to work productively. Here, the issue of motivation plays a key role, which ultimately has a significant impact on the success of the organization.

Motivational leadership has a positive effect on both the employees of a particular department and the organization as a whole. It is necessary to encourage

and promote the development of employees. A diligent leader, a good leader constantly pushes employees to develop skills and gain new knowledge, and a motivating leader creates conditions for employees to work on themselves. Motivated leaders are able to adapt to changing circumstances, follow innovations, use interesting ideas and approaches, and encourage employees to think outside the box and take a step forward. The key to success is the leader's ability to convey his vision to the team so that everyone understands his role and expectations. The leader must explain what contribution is required from each employee, what tasks need to be solved and what specific results they should strive for. Yes, real inspiration comes from the daily actions of the leader that are consistent with the values of the company. Dedication to a common cause, self-improvement and personal example allow a leader to motivate the team to achieve excellent results.
