WORD ORDER WITHIN A CONCEPT
Keywords:
element of reality, image of intellect, incomplete intellect code, complete intellect code, extended intellect codeAbstract
When a person learns words related to a second and subsequent language, these words
enter into complete intellect codes. As a result, most of the complete intellect codes stored
in people’s memory become extended intellect codes. All complete and extended intellect
codes have the potential to become concepts.
The order of words within the concept belonging to different languages depends on the
level of knowledge of these languages and the frequency of their use. Words belonging to
the first or native language are in the center of the core of the concept. Words related to the
second and subsequent languages are located in the following ranks depending on the level
of knowledge of the language to which they belong and the frequency of use of these lan-
guages.
A person’s level of knowledge of a particular language, as well as the frequency of its
use, may change under the influence of the natural or artificial language environment in
which he or she finds himself or herself. At the same time, the order of the words within the
concept belonging to these languages also changes depending on the level of knowledge of
these languages and the frequency of their use.
