Abstract

Phrasiological units of language reflect specific features of national culture and comprise a particular layer of
vocabulary in turms of ethno-linguistics and lingo-culturalism. Phraseologisms are classified due to their semantic
complication and unity either in Azerbaijani or in Arabic. Idiomatism takes an important place for them. Idiomalization
is connected with their losing primary and real meanings and use of their figurative meanings. One natural characteristic
use of verbs manifests itself in Azerbaijani and Arabic that represent various systems: Like verbs, phrasiological units
are used in the form of an adjective and a verb to make a composition having proper typical character. Phrasiological
participles are different in terms of structure. They can change in structure in some cases of stylistics: they are modified and converted into another shape. One of the structural changes is that components transfer their places. Different forms
of participle 1 and 2 have been extensively used in idioms in order to deliver dynamism and expressiveness on high
level. Words loose their literal meaning in the semantics of idiomatic participles 1 and 2 and express figurative meaning
which ensures their semantic unity
