MEANING TYPES OF FRAZEOLOGICAL UNITS IN NAKHCHIVAN DIALECTS AND ACCENTS

Abstract

Phraseological units in Nakhchivan dialects and accents of the Azerbaijani language were widely researched in the
article. It shown that there is a phraseology in Nakhchivan dialects and accents that differs from other dialects and
accents of the Azerbaijani language with the regional features. The study of such stable compounds in the dialects and
accents of Nakhchivan shows that several phrases can be used to illustrate the different subtleties associated with a
single concept. At the same time, there are also phraseological units meaning the opposite of each other in terms. That is
why in the phraseological units shows omonimy, synonymy, antonymy and polysemantism. Different from the
polysemantism and omonimy synonymy has a significant dimension in the language, including dialect and accent.
Although omonimy is relatively poorly expressed in region-specific phraseological units shows more than literary
language. Among the samples collected from Nakhchivan dialects and accents, there are also the phraseological units
they creates antonymy, expressing the opposite of each other in meaning. Such expressions is very important for to
increase the power of thought, to improve speech, avoid unnecessary repetitions.
