Abstract

Azerbaijan kitchen shows the richness of this peopleʹs material culture. So many words can be
said about our the culinary of Azerbaijan. The presented article gives explanations about the etimology of the national meals. The author claims that most of the meals from different regions of our country are turkish origin and affirms his words with facts. Of course, the names mentioned in the article
are very few part of Azerbaijan.
