AN OVERVIEW OF LEXICAL-SEMANTIC WORD-FORMATION IN MODERN TURKIC LANGUAGES

Abstract

As we know, the ever-increasing development of science and technology increases the demand for words to describe the interconnectedness of new concepts embedded in our lives. Although new words are often created in the language by using a variety of additional constructions, new lexical units are often formed as a result of the internal development of the language. Words formed as a result of the internal development of the language are formed by lexicalsemantic methods. lexical-semantic word formation are found in all modern Turkic languages. The article explores and
analyzes the approaches of various scholars to the lexical-semantic method. Various scientific sources were used in the
