LANGUAGE VIEW AND LANGUAGE SITUATION OF AZERBAIJAN: REALITIES, TRADITIONS

Language, which is an important means of understanding, is also a component of socialization and its tool. This
means that language is inseparable from society. The process of socialization is also directly evident in various
language situations. Indeed, the dynamics of the language situation is a mixed concept of sociology and psychology. On
the one hand, the fact that language is a form of social being, the ability to penetrate into all spheres of public life is one
of the events that resonates. The article describes the current language view and language situation of the modern
Republic of Azerbaijan in a complex way in accordance with the realities and traditions. It is determined that the
interaction between society and language has entered a new stage, the working areas of language have increased,
renewed, expanded, and the scope of our language has become more active. The main conclusion is that as the modern
Azerbaijani language is formed and used in the new social environment, its importance has increased, and people's attention has been focused not only on very important areas, but also on language. At present our language develops on
the basis of its own internal laws, wide opportunities have been created for its research and application, and rapid and
natural development has been stimulated. The Azerbaijani language has become functional and a determining factor of
national existence. The Republic of Azerbaijan, acts as a provider and guarantor of the use, development, protection and
development of the Azerbaijani language as the state language, in all spheres of political, social, economic, scientific
and cultural life of the country. The current state of the language situation, language view in the country shows that this
language goes through the development process in accordance with the established speech norms in state ceremonies,
events, education, television and radio, social network broadcasting, other services, advertising and etc
