Abstract

Sources reflecting the views and opinions of the ancient Turks about law and government and being a valuable
treasure of the world's most famous libraries and manuscripts are rich in linguistic facts from the point of view of the
history of the language. These documents reflect the legal processes associated with various proceedings, both between
citizens and between a citizen and the state. The most important sources obtained in connection with the ancient legal
charter and legal culture of the Turkic peoples are the ancient Turkic legal documents. These documents reflect the legal
processes associated with various proceedings, both between citizens and between a citizen and the state. The history of
the study of these legal documents dates back to the early 19th century. The discovery of numerous monuments in different parts of East Turkestan, China and Central Asia during this period gave impetus to the expansion of knowledge
about the official business style of writing in Turkish, the history of the formation of legal terminology and the acquisition of more accurate facts.

Linguistic analysis of legal texts studied as part of ancient Uigur monuments, the study of linguistic features, stylistic features will also reveal new facts about the lexical layer, the terminological base of the ancient Turkic, technologies of grammatical expression of texts written in this style.
