Abstract

Historically in the beginning of XX century structural linguistics existed, although the technique had not
developed, it is the answer to school of young grammarians. Despite of F.de Sirssur`s idea “the system of pure relations
of language” was criticized, he postulated language forms with such approach and discovered the laryngeal theory in
linguistics history. The traditional grammar, dictionaries did not comply with the modern requirements any more. As
the new applications increased, useing the structural methods in language the structural linguistics refreshed. After
World War II the developmet of science and technology, discovery of cybernetic devices, the emergence of electronic
computers played an important role in formation of structural linguistics. Structural linguistics also considerably
influenced the development of applied cybernetic and mathematical linguistics.
The disagreement of different schools of structural linguistics, various approaches to language events, new
considerations, which incompatible with classical linguistics caused criticism and soviet linguists did not fully
understand its essence.
That is why, in modern linguistics the combination of different schools of srtuctural linguistics, useing the single
method were not completed, there is no general agreement and for the formation of structural linguistics is needed
researches.
