Abstract

The concept and the meaning, as well as the discourse, speech and the text are explained in terms of the theory of
linguo-psychological unity in this article.
It is proved that the concept and the meaning are the first and subsequent perceptions in the human brain about the
same unit of reality. The concept is primary and is appropriated during the perception of the unit of reality. It is named
when there is a need to provide information about a unit of reality. Of course, this name is the essence of the word. The
meaning of the unit of reality henceforward serves as the meaning of its name at the same time.

It is possible to clarify the problem of discourse, speech and text from the same lingvo-psychological point of
view:
1) discourse is created as a result of communication in a natural circumstances in which speakers and listeners
face each other and have all the means of contact. The contact of the viewer (observer) with that discourse is the same
as the contact with the unit of reality.
2) speech is occured as a result of communication that takes place in a natural circumstances in which speakers and
listeners have partially limited contact. The contact of the viewer (observer) with that speech is the same as the contact
with the image or symbol of the unit of reality.
3) a series (set) or system of language units that allow the listener to interchange information in the absence of direct contact with the speaker is called a text. In the interchange of information in this way, the listener himself has the
status of the viewer (observer).
