Abstract

The research was carried out on the basis of books and dictionaries “Kitabi -
Dada Gorgud”, “Kitabi - Dada Gorgud” (Original and simplified texts, dictionary),
“Diwanyu lugat-it-Turk” by Mahmud Kashgari, Asir ad-Din Abu Hayyan AlAndalusi “Kitab al-idrak li- lisan al-atrak” (“The Book of Understanding Turkish
Languages”). In the article, based on words recorded in ancient Turkish written
monuments, as one of the rules of word formation, antonym words are created by
adding a sound to the beginning of the root word (or dropping a sound), as well as
by changing the sound at the beginning, middle and end of the root word was
chosen and grouped.
Taking into account the above, the lexical meaning of the words “Turk”,
“Kazakh” and “Bulgar” is explained according to the rule highlighted in the article.
