PROPERTIES OF PROCESSING OF THE NEGATIVE FORMS OF THE VERB IN THE QUR'AN

Abstract

Although many linguistic problems that have come down to the present from
ancient times are solved in different ways from time to time, linguistics is always
open to new viewpoints and new ideas. Greek, Roman, Arabic linguists in the
ancient and middle ages, and then European linguists and modern linguists studied
language and its means of expression in their research - the reflection of the
environment, human imagination in words and phrases, and their research covering
the rules existing in languages as a priceless legacy to future generations. Parts of
speech, their categories, usage rules in language have always been and continue to
be in the field of interest of linguistics. In all time periods, linguists approached
language problems from different angles, in many cases, they confirmed their
opinions with references and examples from literary works, and their works were
easily assimilated by the reader.
In this article, some features of the verb negation, which is one of the means of
expression of the philosophical concept of negation in the Arabic literary language,
have been touched upon and examples from the holy verses of the Holy Quran
have been referred to for the investigation of this topic.
