The issues of implementing the policy of "soft power" are one of the topical areas of modern international relations, occupying an important place in diplomatic relations. The formation of Azerbaijan's own "soft power" has a positive effect on the further improvement of living standards in the region. The article discusses the models of "soft power" and, on the basis of them, the activities of both the Republic of Azerbaijan and non-governmental organizations are considered.
