ABOUT THE CREATION AND HISTORY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SCIENCE OF ECOLOGY

Abstract

Until ecology emerged as a science, some of its elements were put forward as an idea by scientists and philosophers of different eras, a significant amount of knowledge about living and inanimate nature was accumulated. When creating this science, this data was useful as a base. Scientists divide the history of ecology into certain stages. The research materials obtained by us can become a source for studying the history of environmental science. Our research shows that, as in other fields of science, the history of the emergence of ecology covers a long period. The attitude to the environment and its protection is an urgent problem of modern times. For this reason, it is impossible to study ecology in the narrow framework of natural science. Integration into other branches of science can give an impetus to the development of ecology. Environmental problems, which are becoming more acute and becoming insoluble, are difficult to solve only within the framework of a single country. Therefore, we treat it as a global problem. Solving an environmental problem requires looking at the history of environmental science, studying it at the root. We touched on these issues in the article.
