CULTUROLOGY AND NEW OPPORTUNITIES HUMAN DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article substantiates the need to establish science, education and enlightenment as strategic flagships for the development of spiritual culture in thepost-Soviet countries. The methodology of cultural studies and its significance for the search for new opportunities for sustainable human development are considered. The importance of the formation of highly cultured people and the implementation of cultural reforms for the competitive and safe socio-cultural development of post-Soviet societies is shown.
