Scientific-Conceptual Bases, Basic Principles and Priorities of Azerbaijan's Foreign Policy

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of scientific and conceptual foundations, basic principles and priorities of the foreign policy of the independent Azerbaijan Republic. As a result of the study, it becomes clear that the formation of the scientific conceptual foundations of Azerbaijan's foreign policy as an independent state is associated with the name of the great leader Heydar Aliyev. It was in his speeches that the scientific basis of the foreign policy of our state was determined, and reflected in the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, adopted by popular vote on November 12, 1995 and entered into force on November 27. In the course of the study, the main tasks and principles of the foreign policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan were systematically studied. At the end of the article, the main priorities of the foreign policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan are analyzed. In general, the most important result of the article is that the Republic of Azerbaijan can ensure the security and independent future of the country by pursuing a balanced regional policy under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev. The process of state building is ongoing. Today, the construction of the modern Republic of Azerbaijan is based on the principles of statehood, laid down by the great leader Heydar Aliyev, and continues successfully.
