Theories Proposed on Culture by Various Schools in International Relations

Abstract

Culture is essential for humankind, however, its usage as a means of analysis is highly problematic. It is mainly a notion with several ramification directions and is used in unknown and inexplicable methods. Here, the main problem is the essence of culture and delimitation of its sphere of influence. It cannot be precisely and comprehensively defined, which is explained as originating from its complicity and dynamism. In real, cultural institutions and samples of identity should be studied thoroughly in order to see thousands of aspects of culture. The study of attractive descriptions, notions, norms, values and methods is of high importance for decisions in political and international life spheres. Therefore, thinking on culture is always useful in international relations. Followers of the tradition of rationality in international relations consider that the policy of achieving power in international relations is attributed to all human deeds. However, observing the world, we can conclude that overlooking culture is merely possible.
