Main Directions and Tasks of the State Youth Policy in the Republic of Azerbaijan

Abstract

The perspective development of the states consists in the correct formation of the young people who are the most mobile and energetic part of the population, and in the correct direction of their orientation in the relevant directions of socio-economic life. In this regard, according to many researchers, the correct definition of the main directions of state youth policy and the tasks ahead to ensure development in this area are as important as the development of national security strategies. In this regard, the study of the main directions of the state youth policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which regained its independence on October 18, 1991, their geopolitical processes, development trends of the state, how they changed in accordance with domestic political changes, various legislative documents, state programs’ content analysis and assessment of relevance are relevant.
The composition of the current scientific article is based on the use of comparative analysis and content analysis methods in the research.
The main result is that the dynamic development of the Republic of Azerbaijan has brought dynamism to the process of changing the main directions of state youth policy. It is necessary to constantly improve this policy while maintaining strategic directions.
