Abstract

Comparison is a very important component of learning. Thus, in the study of any concept, it plays an important role in revealing the specific and general characteristics that it exhibits compared to other concepts.
If the essence of the comparative-historical method is the comparative study of related, i.e., the same origin, languages that come from one great language, it can be said that M. Kashgarli skillfully used this method in his work. He created the comparative grammar of Turkic languages and compared it to the rich Arabic language.
Based on the comparative-historical method of related languages, historicity, geographical lo-cation, language features, etc., learning with principles plays an important role in determining the degree of kinship of languages.
