THE APPROACH TO INTRA-FAMILY RELATIONS OF OUR PEOPLE IN WRITTEN SOURCES(AN ETHNOGRAPHIC STUDY BASED ON WRITTEN SOURCES)

Abstract

The article discusses the fact that intra-family relations, as in every society, play an important role in the formation of the ethnic character of the people and its transmission from generation to generation, and that all issues related to the normal life activities of family members are resolved in the context of the relationships between father and mother, father with children, mother with children, and sister with brothers.
Research on this topic studies the cultural identity and ethnic characteristics of a people through the behaviors, values, and rules that emerge in relationships between family members. The main elements taken into account in family relationships are the concepts of respect, love, responsibility, and mutual assistance that family members show to each other. These elements manifest themselves in different ways in different cultures and reflect the historically formed ethnic character of the people.
Among the relations within the family, the respect of the younger for the older, of the children for the parents and vice versa, the respect for women and the elderly in the family, the relationship of children with their parents are of interest. First of all, it should be noted that the family educates children, has a comprehensive impact on the future citizen, the developing personality. In the relations formed within the family, the features that characterize the ethnic image and ethnic character of the people also manifest themselves.
The article analyzes family relations in the upbringing of children in the field of family relations, referring to written sources. Among these relations, the most relevant are the relations between parents, the relationship of younger children to older children, children to parents and vice versa, respect for women and the elderly in the family, and the relationship between children and their parents.
One of the main features that attracts attention in the article is the upbringing of children. From this point of view, the works of Azerbaijani educators were referred to in the research work, comparative analyses were conducted, and a general conclusion was reached.
