    Abstract

The scientific article examines the similarities and differences between natural and artificial intelligence, as well as the innovations introduced into our lives by machines and mechanisms that mechanically imitate the human being. It notes that as artificial intelligence increasingly replaces human mental activity, psychological methods are being superseded by physiological techniques of prediction and control. The inclusion of new fields—considered heirs of epistemology—into the system of knowledge generates new socio-psychological relations. To distinguish normal discourse from abnormal discourse in the application areas of artificial intelligence, it is essential to establish a mathematical system based on the unity of religious and secular knowledge.
The author provides a philosophical analysis of human cognition and artificial intelligence. The study seeks to answer the question: “Is it possible to imitate human thinking in robots and machines?” The researcher emphasizes that philosophy is not merely the accumulation of information but also the understanding of wisdom, meaning, and moral choices. Natural intelligence not only perceives information but also comprehends its meaning and ethical value. Artificial intelligence, however, operates solely on programmed data; responsibility for its outcomes always rests with humans.
The author demonstrates that artificial intelligence must reflect natural intelligence in order for humanity to attain even partial assurance of safety. However, artificial intelligence is currently used merely as a tool for labor and information; ethical decisions, responsibility, and wisdom can be realized only through human cognition. Artificial intelligence functions as an instrument of natural intelligence. An instrument possesses neither morality nor responsibility—it merely executes. The artificial-intelligence instrument can only systematically solve problems, accelerate processes, and facilitate the achievement of a given purpose (errors and malfunctions are not excluded).
