Abstract

"Ayyamu-l-arab" is a great monument of Arab literature. It is an ancient epic work of Arabic oral folk literature. First of all, "Ayyamu-l-arab" was created orally among the people. Ayamu-l-arab was turned into a work after the creation of writing in the 8th century. Developed in the writings of many medieval authors. Many of the studies of Ayamu-l-Arab have been created since the early 19th century.
The article is devoted to the research history of "Ayyamu-l-Arab". The article is divided into two chapters. The first part in the studies of medieval authors is called "Ayamu-l-arab". Especially, the first part examines "Ayamu-l-arab" in the research of medieval authors.
The second part of the article is called "A Study of "Ayyamu-l-Arab". This chapter states that the history of the study of the work dates back to the beginning of the XIX century.
