    Abstract

H.Javid is one of the most valuable thinkers that Azerbaijani literature of the 20th century gave to world literature. H. Javid, who does not recognize any boundaries in his character and creativity, and does not accept any political-ideological pressure, always listened to the voice of his heart and wrote down what his free inspiration whispered in his ear. Because he did not engage in propaganda of political ideology, he was persecuted by that ideology, imprisoned and exiled, died abroad, and even his works were banned in his native country for a long time.
However, in the early 1980s, it was due to Heydar Aliyev's efforts and work that his descendants were able to reunite with their native land and relatives. It was thanks to Heydar Aliyev that all the rights of H. Javid, which were taken away from him at the time, were returned to him. Because Heydar Aliyev, like Huseyn Javid, considered the national values he believed in and cherished above all political ideologies.
