THE ROLE OF RHYTHM AND INTONATION IN PROSE PIECES IN “KITABI-DADA GORGUD”

Rhythm and intonation have a special role in the rhythmicization of the "Dada Gorgud" text and in increasing the emotional impact. In the epic, the rhythm of oral speech can be heard from the text. Rhythm-creating devices (repetition of similar components, sounds, words, syntactic units) manifest themselves in a more regular way in the verses of the epic, mainly in "strips", while in prose, the rhythm-creating devices have a relatively free character. However, the rhythm created by sounds, words, grammatical forms and constructions in prose pieces obeys a certain order, and at the same time is closely connected with the content and does not have an extratextual character.
Laconism in prose pieces, sequentially listed sentence constructions and sentence members, elements such as emphasis and pause are also among the main organizing elements of rhythm.
Rhythmic sounding of the text is possible through intonation. The emotionality created by the intonation in the speech of the heroes of the epic adds a special expressiveness to the text. This is how you can hear the regular increase and decrease of voice tone and voice tempo in sentences through intonation. There is no doubt that these qualities of intonation, which are so clearly heard in dry text, have a more vivid and colorful impact in oral speech.
