Based on the facts that there are not autographs confirming the poems written by S.Vurgun, they have not been published in the indicated sources with mentioned signatures, there is not spoken about the mentioned poems in memoirs, letters, diaries, as well as a part of the poems has been included in the books of other poets, and published with their signatures, article shows that the poems have not been written by Samad Vurgun.

At the same time in the article it is touched the issues that some unknown poems of S.Vurgun “have been revealed” several times, parts from his poems and dramas have been included in his 7 volumes book as separate poems, main texts of poems in his 6 volumes book have not been defined correctly, date of many poems by the poet has misinformed and words in the text have been misread.
