In the article is dealt with the bringing of Huseyn Javid’s body to Azerbaijan in 1982. It is noted that the spirit of ideology and service to Turkish morality of Heydar Aliyev's policy was confirmed forever with this event realized in 1982. After the order of Heydar Aliyev about bringing of Huseyn Javid’s body to Azerbaijan from Siberia the period towards Javid's ideas in Azerbaijan begun, and a systematic return was made to the Turkism, Turanian morality, Sufi thought and national-spiritual moral values systematically.
