National Leader Heydar Aliyev about the great writer Jafar Jabbarli

Abstract

National Leader Heydar Aliyev was a planetary-scale politician trained by the Azerbaijani people, a statesman with great experience, excellent tactics, far-sighted strategy, a phenomenal personality loved and respected by the Turkic and Muslim countries, a rare, unique word writer who attaches importance and value to scientific, literary and artistic works. National Leader who was the the Olympus of the former hierarchy of the Soviet Union, one of the largest countries of the world for many years, and was born in Nakhchivan in a simple, poor, hardworking family, during the years of Secondary Education showed a deep interest in various fields of literature, culture and art, read western, Russian, Turkish and Azerbaijani literature with high enthusiasm. Even in his youth, before entering the political arena, National Leader Heydar Aliyev loved and highly valued the works of classics of world literature, bright figures of Azerbaijani literature, including Jafar Jabbarli. During his tenure, the head of State of Azerbaijan always treated the pearls of art of the great artist with sensitivity, gave a worthy assessment, and signed relevant orders for the implementation of urgent measures to perpetuate his name. Even after the restoration of the state independence of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev gave the artist a high scientific value, saying that “Jafar Jabbarli is one of the great and the most brilliant people of our culture and literature”. These ideas of the national leader were the first and highest assessment given to the creativity of Jafar Jabbarli at the state level.
