The poet who weaves a wreath from words (For the 90th anniversary of Tofig Bayram)

Abstract

 The article is dedicated to the creative activity of the prominent poet Tofig Bayram. Information is provided about the city and place where the poet was born and the periods of his activity are reviewed. His place in Soviet literature, his civic position, his work and activities have been widely discussed. The themes of the homeland and native language in the poet's work have been given an important place and analyzed in depth. T. Bayram's nature and love lyrics were examined, examples of the word garlands he "woven" for his artistic friends were given. Attention was also paid to the poet's poems written on various aspects of life, as well as satirical and satirical-humorous poems. The theme of women was also included in the study and was substantiated with quotes. The fact that his poetry was ful of music was also not overlooked. T. Bayram's contemporaries and researchers were also included in the article. His art of translation was not forgotten and presented with examples.
