    Abstract

The article discusses the ghazals of the great poets Mahammad Fuzuli, Seyid Azim Shirvani, and Aliaga Vahid. Here, the creativity of the classics is examined, compared, and analyzed according to their period. When one becomes deeply acquainted with the works of these great poetic geniuses, one is amazed. We read and analyze the lyrical works of this rare and capable master of poetry, the engineer of hearts, in awe. For more than five centuries, Fuzuli's poetry has been mixed into the atmosphere of our poetry, decorating all meridians with its colors and poetic patterns. Seyid Azim has many naziras (imitations) to Fuzuli's ghazals. However, it would not be right to consider them simply nazira (imitation). In these ghazals, Seyid Azim's unique poetic individuality and style attract attention.  Aliaga Vahid, on the other hand, brought a specific image of the Motherland - Azerbaijan - to the Azerbaijani ghazal. Although Vahid's ghazals attract attention with their similes, metaphors, literary descriptions and simplicity of artistic expression, philosophical and mystical ideas are also found.
