Ali bey Huseynzade was one of the great ideologist of the Turkizm ideology and in the article is dealt with his arrival in Istanbul after St. Petersburg and his activities as a student of Istanbul Darulfunun. The works translated by Ali bey Huseynzade is reviewed and his artistry is especially highlighted. His influence on the Turkish intellectuals and service in the development of the modern Turkish mentality in general is characterized by more accurate observations.
