Azerbaijani literature has gone through many stages from time to time and has always developed in accordance with the requirements of the time, over the centuries. It is already known from history, that Turkic peoples were civilized not from Siberia and Tibet, but from the Caucasus Mountains, the Kur-Araz valleys and the Caspian plains.
