THE STUDY OF THE PHASE TRANSFORMATIONS OF THE SOLID SOLUTION Cu2-X NiXS (X = 0,05, 0,10) BY THE HIGH-TEMPERATURE X-RAY METHOD

The single crystals of the solid solution Cu2-X NiXS (Х = 0,05, 0,10) are synthesized by the hightemperature X-ray method. Investigations are performed in the temperature interval 300 - 1000 K. It is found that the sample with temperature up to 1000K undergoes two structural transformations by orthorhombic > hexagonal > GSK scheme. These transformations are enantiotropic.
