ON THE COMPLETENESS AND MINIMALITY OF THE EXPONENTIAL SYSTEM WITH DEGENERATE COEFFICIENTS

In this paper completeness and minimality of system of the formZ 000000a int is investigated.
Basicity properties of such systems have been investigated in several papers, but all known
results consider the case when the condition00000000 (Muckenhoupt condition) is fulfilled for
all 000000r or only one of the numbers 00000a does not satisfy Muckenhoupt condition. We consider
the case when two of the numbers 000000 a fails to satisfy the Muckenhoupt condition. Some unexpected
results has been obtained in this direction.
